| Gardena Convalescent Center is taking aggressive steps to limit the spread of COVID-19. Resident and staff safety remain a top priority at Gardena Convalescent Center. We remain in close communication with local and state health officials regarding this serious matter. All staff and residents are adhering to all recommended preventative measures, including the use of face masks and other Personal Protective Equipment, daily sanitizing of the facility, routine handwashing and the frequent use of hand sanitizer. We are currently open for visitation for both indoor and outside visits. All visits should be scheduled prior to coming to the facility. Admission Please feel free to make a personal visit to our facility or call for additional information. The Admission Coordinator will be happy to answer any questions regarding the admission process and we will work together with the hospital, doctor, and discharge planners regarding the admission of your loved one.
